The website has no login system. The only analytics tool is Plausible Analytics — a GDPR-friendly solution that collects no personal data and uses no identification cookies. The site includes a contact form handled by Formspree (see section 3).
3. Contact form (Formspree)
The contact form on this site is handled by Formspree (formspree.io). When you submit the form, the data you provide (full name, email address, phone number, message content) is sent to Formspree's servers and forwarded to our email address. 4. Plausible Analytics

7. External links & YouTube
The site contains links to YouTube (property videos). YouTube (Google) has its own privacy policy. Displaying video thumbnails does not load any YouTube scripts — the YouTube script is loaded only after clicking the play button (via lite-youtube-embed).
